We cultivate talent

“No single professional group has the necessary skills to deliver PBS without relevant further education, training, supervision and experience” – PBS Academy.

PBSC External Supervision Service is committed to supporting students and professionals who are involved in the delivery of support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

High-quality clinical supervision facilitates future practitioners’ development, so they become competent and confident in compassionate, ethical, and responsible practice.

Ongoing clinical mentorship and coaching are also critical for professionals lacking formal PBS/ABA qualifications and those who need to further their professional scope of competence, and who are responsible for embedding practice in their organizations.

PBSC External Supervision Service lead Natalia Kurysz says:

“In my previous workplaces, I did not always have the luxury of having access to a clinical team that had expertise in PBS/ABA. Seeking external support in the form of clinical supervision and mentorship was of immense value in my career development and assured quality service delivery.”

PBSC offers a variety of support packages to our supervisees and mentees based on their individual needs, educational, and professional goals.

 Our packages consist of:

  • Individual Supervision

  • Group Supervision

  • Indirect Support

  • Monthly Education Webinars (inc. CEUs/CPD hours)

  • Resource Library

PBSC is proud of its record of supporting amazing professionals and students across the UK and Australia, enabling them to develop new skills and competencies. We are committed to growing the service through opportunities for practicum and internships.
